The Crazy Fingers Connection.

On May 8, 1997, I founded Crazy Fingers Design Group as a traditional advertising agency. Crazy Fingers quickly found a niche in providing art direction, design and development of web sites. Today, Crazy Fingers is best described as an advertising agency with a focus on interactive design.

Our clients are found in the Portland metro area, Los Angeles and San Francisco, and range from engineers to musicians, RV dealers to artists, and all points in-between.

So what's the connection to Real Estate?

After a decade of designing interactive tools and marketing messages for every imaginable industry, I found what I was looking for: An industry ripe for change. An industry which appeared to be teetering on the edge of innovation, but couldn't seem to tip. Dozens of "new models" were touted as the next big thing, only to be doomed by poor information systems, lack of trust by consumers, or incompatibility with the traditional model. Nobody was able to offer a win-win solution. Until now.

I'm currently developing the FlexList marketing platform. Unfortunately, you're going to have to wait just a bit longer before I let the cat completely out of the bag. But I am developing prototypes and quietly testing messages and strategy.

One critical component that I can reveal is this: While all the new models have focused on eliminating real estate agents - mine embraces the traditional agency.
