iPod Promotion Details.

Free 8 GB iPod Touch promotion is valid with exclusive right-to-sell contracts at no less than 6% commission for a six month or greater term. Ipod delivery is at closing or expiration of the contract without sale - whichever is first. Offer is made in good faith based on client intention to sell their real property. This promotion may be revoked at will by the grantor after client's demonstrable contradiction of this intent by failing to accept a fair market value offer with reasonable terms. Cancellation of the listing contract by the client voids this promotion. Listing contracts are based on availability, and offered at the discretion of Bilsing Smith Group LLC. The iPod Touch promotion may be withdrawn at any time in the discretion of Bilsing Smith Group LLC, but will remain in effect for all listing agreements entered into prior to the date of the withdrawal.
