iTunes Gift Card Offer - Terms & Conditions

$100 iTunes gift card promotion is valid with exclusive right-to-sell contracts for a six month or greater term for listing contracts signed in 2013. Gift card is delivered after 3 months of listing date or the sale - whichever comes first. This promotion may be revoked at will by the grantor within the first three months if client fails to accept a fair market value offer with reasonable terms. Cancellation of the listing contract by the client voids this promotion. Listing contracts are based on availability, and offered at the discretion of eXp Realty. The iTunes gift card promotion may be withdrawn at any time in the discretion of eXp Realty, but will remain in effect for all listing agreements entered into prior to the date of the withdrawal.
